Civil War Monument
This Marble monument is about 5 feet on top of a limestone base. The cemetery is on the north side of town – take Main Street north to the cemetery. The inscription is difficult to read but says, “To Unknown dead 1861-1865. From J.H. Ewing Post G. A. R. 305”. Photo taken 7/12/17.
