Civil War Soldier at Courthouse
This is is an impressive 20 foot granite monument on the NE corner of the Courthouse Square, 109 W. Madison St., in Mount Ayr. The inscription reads, "In memory of the men who gave their lives to the defense of their Country." Photos taken 3/4/09.
